Required Skills 1. Provide support as liaison between senior/executive management and other administrative personnel or outside business associates. 2. Prioritize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. 3. Prepare internal and external correspondence, memorandums, emails and faxes. 4. Establish and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for the department in an organized functional manner. 5. Manage day-to-day office administration. 6. Order and Maintain supplies 7. Prepare reports and needed 8. Any other administrative duties or special projects as necessary. 9. Manage data input in sales lead management system. Required Experience 1. Three to five years administrative support experience. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor. 3. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. 4. Proven ability to interact with various levels of management, personnel and other business associates. 5. Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software knowledge..
