Responsibilities: Provide oversight for fourteen (14) or more major work streams that possibly could have five to seven programs within each to promote a number of project schedules (1000 ) of varied size and complexity, across multiple business units that have varied degrees of expertise with project scheduling processes and tools Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across the various tools including the WTPS, EPM, Excel spreadsheets, and other data sources. Coordinate rollup of all project and program level schedules according to defined set of common criteria, which will be standardized to meet the information needs of the integration. For example, ELC and synergy milestones will be standardized to facilitate data capture, analysis and reporting. Partner with EPM and WTPS experts to optimize the scheduling function for WT Integration. Analysis/Risk Avoidance Conduct CPM/Critical Path analysis activities across the entire WT IT PMO portfolio. Identify and report cross program schedule dependencies, conflicts and constraints, schedule slippages, mitigate schedule risks, facilitate issue resolution. Serve as point of escalation for resolution of program scheduling issues. Identify and recommend resolution for resource constraints, priority conflicts, and schedule slippages across the integration portfolio. Perform trend analysis and generate relevant reports. Identify and help resolve any barriers to near-term and long-range schedule and/or resource conflicts. Identify and recommend changes that will result in better utilization of resources and improved execution of projects/programs. Metrics/Reporting Participate in the development of key metrics, project controls, documentation, reports, and training materials. Facilitate regular meetings with schedulers and project teams to assess project progress, schedule status, milestone management, and resource demand and utilization. Deliver reporting on schedule performance, including rationale and suggested remediation. .
