Assists in training technicians. Independently processes the most complex transactions, and assists technicians with the most difficult problem resolutions relating to registration and drivers licensing. Handles callbacks for internal and/or external customers. Resolves issues and tactfully mediates complaints from customers. Other duties as assigned. Desirable skills include written/verbal communication, analytical/interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience within the Call Center is desired. Saturday and/or extended office hours may be required. This position is subject to the CPD Employees Opportunity Program (CEOP). All eligible candidates may apply; however, hiring preference will be given to CEOP applicants. CEOP applicants must submit a State application (STD 678) with a copy of their CEOP Certification Letter attached. Fingerprint/Criminal Record Clearance required before hire. Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full time appointment.
