Position Details
Manage a group of 10+ engineers, designers and engineering technicians with a mix of mechanical, electrical, electronics backgrounds while providing overall leadership in ethical, EH&S, lean/six sigma principles.

Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree required.

Technical capabilities should include problem solving, root cause analysis, mechanical design of rotating equipment, electronics/controls, configuration management, design of experiment, design reviews, validation testing/lab supervision.
Experience in electro-magnetics relative to electric motors and generators is required.
Project management skills must accommodate leading complex programs from concept to commercialization, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, reporting, with accountability for driving on-time business results.
Strong communications skills to effectively work at senior management levels internally within the company and externally with customers are essential in this role.
