Brine Group has been retained by a Washington, DC based world class academic medical institution to identify a talented candidate for the following highly visible role:

CLINICAL INFORMATICS SPECIALIST

As the clinical expert for nursing information systems, you are responsible for the planning, development, implementation, maintenance, evaluation and training for information system projects geared toward improving the nursing process. You will serve as an internal consultant and resource for all nursing personnel, and will provide direction and education for all Nursing Department clinical information initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN and either an MSN or Masters in Nursing Informatics or Information Systems as well as 5+ years of progressively more responsible experience in this area.
