Requirements: Skills required at entry level are: customer service, flexibility and analytical skills. VR/DL program knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of working cooperatively with others and the ability to work in a team environment. Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but may be adjusted as needed. Flextime is not available. Appointee may be required to work Saturdays. This position is backup for Saturday and late field office phone coverage. Fingerprint/Criminal Record Clearance required before hire. Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full time appointment.
