Requirements: This position may also act as the clinical educator working with staff on annual competencies, new procedures, and advanced practice skills. The Nurse Practitioner will provide care for patients in areas of the Health Service Organization (HSO) as assigned. This includes, but is not limited to, the age of the patient served. !!- Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Anticipated Graduate in 12 months or less- Current RN Licensure in Missouri or Illinois (as determined by the location of the position)- Current certificate from applicable certifying body- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of graduation or Temporary Permit in Missouri or Illinois (as determined by the location of the position)- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or ability to obtain prior to direct patient contact- Basic Computer/Keyboarding Skills- Must be able to sit, stand, and/or move about for 75% of a shift !!- Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Anticipated Graduate in 12 months or less- Current RN Licensure in Missouri or Illinois (as determined by the location of the position)- Current certificate from applicable certifying body- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of graduation or Temporary Permit in Missouri or Illinois (as determined by the location of the position)..
