Responsibilities:UL> The Maintenance Tech III/Lead will maintain assets inside and outside of common areas, including mechanical rooms, kitchens, HVAC, etc. Perform daily rounds and include checks Attend to outstanding work order requests from Guest Services, Housekeeping, Administrative or Front Desk departments in a timely. Assist with all upkeep and mechanical needs of the property. Performs maintenance and repairs of all mechanical systems on mountain facilities. Must have the following: Candidate will have a minimum of five years maintenance experience in HVAC/R, or Electric License The ability to communicate professionally to coworkers and outside contractors. A valid driver licensee is required Be able to communicate professionally with guests and homeowners High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer knowledge Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal Experience in building maintenance Supervisory experience-Preferred Degree in Engineering field or Certified Advanced Training Program - Preferred Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Must have the following: Candidate will have a minimum of five years maintenance experience in HVAC/R, or Electric License The ability to communicate professionally to coworkers and outside contractors.
