Seeking BS degree and 5 + years food chemistry or food engineering experience who can apply advanced Mathematics and Chemistry, manage projects with regard to deliverables and schedules, communicate effectively with complete knowledge of production-scale processing equipment and issues.


Shall:

*** Run pilot plant.

*** Develop Documentation.

*** Maintain Laboratory.

*** Purcahse ingredients, equipment, and parts.
