Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Central Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their International Program Manager position. This person will be assigned to work in Saudi Arabia for one year where you must be in Saudi 10 months out of that year. You DO NOT have to be located in Ohio for your primary residence.
This person will assume responsibility for day-to-day operational management of all activities and functions in a designated program area within a line or staff department, including developing, implementing and evaluating program policies, procedures and standards.
MUST have a PMP or be very close to competition. 5+ years experience with ATM and/or CISCO MPLS is required. Must have 5-10+ years experience with the telecommunications side (hardware) of networking at the MPLS level, preferably at the provider level. 5+ years of Cisco experience, specifically with ONS devices and Familiarity with OSPF routing is required. Must have Experience with IBGP and EBGP routing and have 5+ years of experience in business operations or a program department. Can have a Green Card or be a US Citizen. MUST have a 4 year degreeFamiliarity with data analytics, data tools, software development, IT solutions, layered sensing and/or military systems a plus, Cisco certifications, Masters Degree, Business Development
