Provide peer counseling and support, drawing on common experience as a peer, to validate experiences and to provide guidance and encouragement to take responsibility and actively participate in their own recovery. Assist in the development of WRAP; ensure immediate changes are made in plans as needs change; model and support families of person served; and advocate for rights and preferences..
