Performs timely and accurate support functions and supplemental project or emergency work. Adheres to standards as defined in SOPs to ensure standardized support. Works as a liaison between other local and remote IT supports groups.Qualifications:. Serve as the go to hands on IT resource for a respective site. Provide timely and accurate support to end users and other IT teams. Provide excellent customer service. Identify pain points or persistent issues and escalate as required. Educate users about the tools and benefits of the IT Team. Adhere to ServiceDesk and Company defined policies and procedures. Perform field support functions associated with internal and external customer based needs. Work with CA Service Desk application to manage ticket queues. Trusted to use the following tools to support desktop, laptop, and software managementoAsset ManagementoSoftware DeliveryoRemote ControloActive Directory. Provide assistance/data to Network Operations Center (NOC) during critical incidents. Updates operational procedural documentation as needed to reflect new or modified procedures. Work with 3rdparty vendors to manage mass moves or infrastructure projects. Familiar with setup of IP phone. Administer local hardware inventory (tracking, organization, etc.). .
