JOB DESCRIPTION
The chosen candidate will responsible for providing consultative leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of contemporary recruitment strategies, policies and practices. Collaborate with key internal leaders and external stakeholders as well as hiring managers to support the talent acquisition needs of each. Supervise and direct the activities of the System Office recruiting staff with dotted line responsibility to Operating Unit based recruiting staff. Directly manages Executive recruiting and Immigration. Develop, manage and maintain high quality recruiting practices to include a professional Employee Branding campaign that attracts and assists in retain top talent. Build relationships with recruiting resources to enable our client to establish a presence and recruiting ability at local colleges and universities, associations and recruiting fairs, specific to our clinical needs. Responsible for the compliance of all internal policies, compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and reporting requirements and all The Joint Commission (TJC) and OFCCP requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
10+ years in recruiting and Human Resources, successful track record of implementing strategic and successful hiring programs is mandatory in this role
Strong knowledge of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance requirements (OFCCP) is required.
A minimum of 7+ years of recent recruitment leadership experience is required--preferably in a high-volume recruiting position.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking and recruitment systems, models and methodologies; a high level of comfort with technology is a must.
Strong professional recruitment network and knowledge of external recruitment practices and trends is essential in this role.
Strong consulting skills; with impeccable communication skills--written, oral and presentation are required.
Ability to negotiate and influence others is key in this position.
Strong soft skills and a team player--ability to collaborate and support team effectively.
Technically proficient with a proven track record in all aspects of Internet recruiting and On-Boarding is required.
Strong leadership and staff development skills are essential in this role.
