POSITION DETAILS
This is a challenging role in which the chosen candidate will have the opportunity to administer employee benefit plans and programs, including health and welfare and retirement in accordance with Company policies and procedures, plan contracts, and applicable laws.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing, documenting, and communicating employee benefit plans and programs, website, and new hire orientation in accordance with Company policy and applicable laws.
• Developing, conducting, and participating in industry benefit and program surveys to ensure Company plans are competitive and current.
• Analyzing survey findings and developing recommendations and reports for changes and improvements in benefits and programs based upon evaluation and comparisons of existing programs with industry practices.
• Monitoring and analyzing program costs, rates, coverage, enrollment and related issues to ensure that plans remain cost effective and competitive.
• Supervising benefit representatives.
• Establishing goals, expectations and performance metrics for employees, plans, and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS
B.A./B.S. degree or the equivalent in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or similar discipline is required.
8-10 years directly related experience in the administration of employee benefits and programs.
The successful candidate should possess excellent personal computer and database management skills. PHR, CBP or CEBS certification is a plus.
