Manage the banking center operations on a day to day basis providing direction and leadership for the staff with emphasis on ensuring unparalleled customer service, teamwork and a compliance. Assist Community Bank Manager to develop and maintain competent employees, branch operations, and customer service guidelines. Assist Branch Manager in managing and directing Branch office operations in order to meet or exceed annual operational, revenue/profitability objectives and customer acquisition and retention objectives.



Key Accountabilities:
1. Managers are accountable to work with the bank's compliance officer to accurately and fully complete the compliance risk self assessment and BSA risk assessments
2. Implement action plans to address any identified weaknesses and ensure their assessments are updated at least annually or when required by the compliance department
3. Ensure banking center is in compliance with bank policies and procedures through procedures the ensure quality control and quality assurance through review of banking center audits.

Job Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
1. Minimum of two years previous retail banking experience
2. Minimum of two years previous supervisory or managerial experience

Additional Qualifications:
1.Loan knowledge and experience helpful
2.Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
3.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
4.Strong oral and written communication skills.
5.Ability to use sound judgment.
