Job Description
Title: National Account Executive Company Description: The Company is a consistently growing and profitable vertical search network that aggregates job postings and job listings from all over the web into a valuable resource for jobseekers. The company sells sponsored and syndicated job listings to HR and Talent Acquisition teams, allowing them to reach a large audience of candidates across the country. Position Description: -This is a quota carrying, new business role, focused on selling CPC job listing packages to C-level executives, HR departments, VPs, and other hiring managers at large corporations. -This hire will be responsible for the full sales process including prospecting/qualifying, cold calling, in person and web-based demos, closing deals, and managing client relationships to deliver repeat business. -This is a remote sales role; the hire will work from home with travel as needed and should be located in the greater Chicago area. Requirements: -7-15 years of total sales experience REQUIRED -4+ years of work from home/travel sales experience REQUIRED - 3+ years of experience selling an internet/media/technology product into HR departments REQUIRED (ideal experience is selling job listings) -A solid understanding of interactive media including an understanding of online advertising pricing models such as CPC, CPM, CPA, etc. REQUIRED -A passion for web 2.0 technology a big plus -BA/BS REQUIRED -Candidate must be BASED in greater New York area and able and willing to work from home office with travel as needed Compensation: Base + Commissions plan; 90k base salary,180k on-target earnings; standard benefits Target Company list: The ideal candidate may come from one of the following companies or a similar firm: Monster HotJobs Doostang Indeed JobFox vault.com careerbuilder
