Essential Functions and Basic Duties

• Understand quality standards and cycle times to meet company's production schedule.

•Trouble shoot process concerns and performs corrective action as well as assist in the training of other employees.

•Maintain and sets-up so as to produce molded parts in compliance with specifications.

•Proactively respond to system problems to ensure machines are running at full capacity in order to meet production requirements.

•Setting injection molds in machines ranging from 35 to 650 tons.

•Complete connections of water, air, hydraulic, and mechanical components.

•Set up injection molding processes and trouble shoot production. Perform general maintenance of all molding equipment.

•RJG Training and experience with Scientific aspects of injection molding preferred.
