POSITION DETAILS
As HR Team Leader of Shared Services, you will ensure that the team meets all service delivery targets by developing and executing clear and robust processes that serve multiple countries. Excellent customer service must be delivered by the team, and you will be managing daily "volume activities" through the contact centre as well as coordinating and executing HR administration activities. You will be directly responsible for operational service delivery, team performance and behaviour, ensuring they are both customer-focused and process-orientated. You will act as an escalation point for any issues raised by customers or the team and be expected to diagnose issues and implement solutions to address symptoms and root causes of failures.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree is required.
5 years of HR Shared Services experience delivering services and leading teams in a multi-country environment.
2 – 3 years of “most recent” experience in managing HR systems and employee data and payroll services, with the ability to provide clear case studies of your ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
Very strong communications skills, both verbal and written are essential in this role.
Due to the international nature of the role, fluency in another European language would be highly preferred.
