Position Summary: Will Work with a Team of Network Engineers to improve processes and procedures by implementing continuous improvement methodologies and achieving breakthrough results. Must be a creative problem solver with a proactive approach to quality. Leadership and Time Management skills are a must. Must possess working knowledge of networking.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Designing, Building, Testing, and Managing IT-based solutions
• Conducting In Depth Root Cause Analyses and Complex Statistical Analysis to Discover New Opportunities For Improvement
• Inventing New Methods of Data Collection and Storage to Assist in Monitoring and Reporting of Network Resources
• Creating Forecasts and Predictive Models
• Leading Projects and Building Relationships Across the Organization
• Monitoring Current Processes to Insure Compliance
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to change priorities at a moment's notice

• Project Management & IT Project Management
• MS Access 2007 Database Design (Incl. VBA)
• MS Excel 2007 (Incl. VBA )
• ODBC Data Connections
• Complex SQL Query Design
• Oracle Databases (1,000,000+ Records)
• Hyperion / Brio
• SharePoint
• Statistical Analysis Software (Minitab, SPSS, R, etc)
• Other duties as assigned

Other Requirements
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
• Some travel expected
