Responsibilities: Perform virology testing; testing will include real-time PCR assays, cell culture, adventitious virus testing and TCID50/mL. Previous PCR and/or cell culture experience is required. 2) Review assay books for sample release. Review and compile data for reports. 3) Participate in laboratory support functions including laboratory and equipment maintenance. 4) Perform under cGMP/GLP practices. Participate in assessments and inspections as appropriate. Previous experience in a regulated setting is preferred. 5) Candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work comfortably in a fast-paced team environment. Qualifications At least 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, previous Quality Control and GLP experience required. Will consider candidates without virology experience if other technical requirements are met (PCR, bioassay, cell culture, etc.) BS in a Biological Science or related technical field.
