Responsibilities: Responsible for providing customers and sales department staff with product technical and engineering support. Predominant emphasis of role is on engineering rather than sales and marketing. Knowledge and Skills: Uses technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries demonstrate products product applications and company services. Load software on computers and instructs customers in use of equipment. Investigates and resolves customer problems by using resources from local suppliers or technical support centers. Plans schedules and prioritizes levels of technical support according to customer requirements and management direction. Work Experience: 0-5 years computer hardware design engineering. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
