Responsibilities: General Accountant - Lease Accounting - 1 opening Support lease processing operations, including booking new contracts, system maintenance and payoff quoting. Prepare monthly account reconciliations and various G/L entries. Review Lease payoff quotes and DSI new lease volume prior to data entry. Prepare sales and property tax returns. Perform month end accounting duties including accruals and month end reporting. Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
