Responsibilities: The Firmware Quality Assurance Engineer supports the quality activities related to software code development for new wireless voice communication products.     Responsibilities    The Firmware Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for: Project management for software quality assurance in all phases of product life cycle development: Software requirements review Test plan generation Black box/white box testing Integration testing Field & regression testing Assess quality and reliability of software incorporated in Plantronics products Evaluate product conformance to specification and market requirements Strong emphasis in wireless products Desired Qualifications 5 years related experience as a software quality assurance engineer (or similar) Solid understanding of software development lifecycle Experience with C/C , embedded software test issues and integration testing  Hardware and Software experience in terrestrial wireless communications Audio processing and acoustic testing experience is a plus..
