Responsibilities: Assist in the development and understanding of MEDI-545 purification process, specifically in understanding the individual isotherms for the native and deamidated forms of this molecule during a cation exchange type of chromatography. Alternative chromatography gels may also be included, if timeline allows. Engage in hands on work with basic analytical techniques, chromatography, and filtration. Develop and follow good laboratory practices including experimental operation, data recording, and laboratory citizenship. Prepare a report or presentation summarizing the results gathered during the internship period.
