Responsibilities: This role is directly responsible for directing a team of talent coaches (managers) of six sigma (black belts) to successfully accomplish innovative business process improvements resulting in measurable financial and or customer loyalty gains by applying the six sigma methodology.  S/he will work closely with area team leaders to set out goals and support the area black belts as Project Team Leaders in accomplishing those goals.  This role must be able to influence high level leaders as well as coach and train members of the area Six Sigma team.
