The partner marketing manager will manage all aspects of co-marketing relationships and strategic partnerships to drive new customer acquisition. The manager will partner closely with Business Development to evaluate and build partnerships. The right candidate will develop content for and coordinate details of product and business offerings working with a wide range of functions and individuals internally and externally. They will direct, design, and implement yearly and quarterly partner marketing plans, sales training and support, marketing campaigns and promotional activities. They will also be responsible for managing costs and deliverables to project plans and budget guidelines. Individual should drive results in a team environment! Some travel required. Responsibilities Create, evaluate, develop and execute marketing plans with potential and existing partners such as Microsoft and IBM. Maintain strong direct relationships with partners and internal teams to support rapid deployment Drive relevant campaign asset development consistent with messaging strategy Maintain partner marketing assets including membership levels, online solution database, partner training, etc. Report program ROI and optimize programs Partner with key cross functional, internal teams (e.g. sales, corporate marketing, channel marketing, product marketing, legal etc. ) to launch partnership programs Work closely with sales management teams, product management teams and channel marketing teams Lead partner specific internal training efforts Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with partner and marketing teams of leading UC partners Advise business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services Other responsibilities as needed In This Job You Will: Help Plantronics forge new relationships in a new, dynamic and highly visible business initiative Develop new and ground-breaking programs with existing strategic partners Mobilize the fields sales force and channel organization on a key growth initiative Company Background..
