Responsibilities: Ability to generate SOPs, MPRs, SPRs and validation protocols for equipment and procedures used in the manufacture of biological based products. Maintaining production schedules, and production operations In-Direct supervision of production technicians. Will provide input into the annual performance evaluations of applicable production technicians. Able to meet all of the job functions of a Production Technician III Position Requirements Additional Job Functions: Production activities include, and are not limited to: Investigating and resolving problems. Clear and concise communication to Supervision/Management. Coordination of production tasks to meet assigned schedule Other duties as assigned or identified Physical Demands: Noise level: Moderate Vision Requirements: Ability To Adjust Focus Lifting Limits: Up to 50 lbs Knowledge: Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered expert in field with-in organization. Problem Solving: Develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives. Discretion / Latitude: Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment. Impact: Effects of decisions are long-lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization. .
