Develop tooling concepts and tooling definitions, research tool designs, create and revise tool usage instructions in environment using cutting edge 5 axis grinding machines.

Shall:

*** Collect information to support the development and Fabrication of complexed tooling packages.

*** Research and compile data for engineering design disposition on tool discrepancies.

*** Develop, document and maintain basic tool inspection and maintenance requirements.

*** Produce drawings and models for product design reviews and development of volume manufacturing techniques.
