Audit Related Tasks
Supervise engagement team and review staff prepared work papers and programs.
Perform preliminary and final analytical reviews.
Organize engagement planning meetings with engagement team and prepare planning memorandums.
Research audit issues and present conclusions to Managers and Principals.
Perform engagement wrap up procedures including quality control and finalization of client deliverables.
Fraud interviews with upper management.
General Tasks
Oversee, train, and develop staff as well as provide informal and formal feedback regarding their performance.
Review and maintain budgets.
Maintain constant communication with Human Resources Coordinators regarding workload for yourself and your staff in order to ensure full utilization.Keep partners updated about the status of the engagement.Maintain client relations.Answer various questions from staff that is working on engagements.
Experience:
5-7 Years in a Public Accounting Environment.
Experience with Accounting related software desired (i.e. Go-Systems, CCH).
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.
