Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Client to find and qualify their Sales MGR position. Client wants to double in sales within the next five years. The Sales Manager will oversee the planning and reporting of sales/marketing activities and the development of the outside sales force and service department personnel. Great benefits. Qualified Candidates must be knowledgeable of pumps/pump industry. Ideal is experience with positive displacement pumps. Looking for past experience with sales to municipalities; knowledgeable of the public bidding process. Experience in developing performance metrics and managing distribution is required, as is ability to effectively use sales tools. Candidates must come from a background in people management and development of sales personnel.
