Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies, financial and operating plans and policies for area of responsibility Actively participate in new product development and client relationship management activities Take an active role in managing investments and serve as the main point of contact with portfolio's clients Screen and monitor major investments and develop risk guidelines Assist in developing the properties annual business plans Collaborate with JV partner management, marketing, specialty leasing, and development to help execute each property's business plans Work hand-in-hand with JV partners' development staff in establishing objectives for renovation projects, recommending design, site plan, merchandising strategy and implementation Participate in property portfolio reviews Requirements Fifteen plus years of experience in commercial real estate, with at least ten in an asset management capacity Strong track record at an institutional investment management firm, a real estate investment trust, or large private investor Strategic mindset and the ability to communicate effectively both internally within and externally with client and joint venture partners Fully-versed in financial and business analysis and ability to integrate regulatory, design, marketing, leasing, and operational variables into sound business decisions Significant product knowledge and extensive expertise in financing approaches and techniques (equity and/or debt) Possess superior client relationship skills..
