This includes daily interaction with customer purchasing, research, regulatory and technical service employees. Responsible for mentoring and developing younger employees. Responsible for maintaining current sales levels and increasing sales volumes and profit margins in the future. Initiates and oversees projects requested by the customer with the Champion Research staff. Develops and maintains reports for the customer on Champion research and technical services projects. Troubleshoots problems related to the customers orders, shipping or product quality. Assists customer personnel in the field to determine solutions to problems associated with current products sold. Participates in regional and national technical conferences relating to well stimulation. Forecasts and monitors annual budget for sales, expenses and profitability. Requirements: 3-5 Years experience in oilfield treating chemicals for the oil & gas industry Strong verbal and written communications skills. Previous oilfield chemical sales or marketing experience strongly preferred. Excellent computer skills..
