Responsibilities: Manage the development, analysis, and reporting of the companys operating results, including variance analysis. Continually develop reporting and forecasting tools to better identify business risks and opportunities. Manage preparation and consolidation of financial statement budgets, including capital expenditure. Partner with senior management and line management in the development of budgets and forecasts to achieve business objectives. Develop, maintain and update forecast models of the companys balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows. Develop and maintain product code, business unit, customer, and channel P&L statements. Develop and provide financial models, key performance indicators, and other decision support tools to management. Perform research and analysis of ad hoc opportunities to maximize return for the company. Manage monthly inter-company reconciliations between affiliated companies. Manage preparation of monthly-consolidated financial statements prepared on a GAAP basis. Support Companys Affirmative Action initiatives, providing equal opportunity to employees and candidates. Fulfill responsibilities under OHSAS 18001, understand and fully support OHSAS 18001 system. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Understand and follow company rules and regulations. Uphold Companys affirmative action plans and make good faith efforts to achieve affirmative action goals and timetables. Perform all other duties as assigned and required. Education and Experience Requirements: BA/BS in Finance and/or Accounting; Masters degree in a business discipline desired but not required. Five to seven years experience in similar or related position Proficiency in use of enterprise-wide business software packages (Oracle preferred) Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office. .
