Looking for self motivated and dedicated individual to collect information from public documents in the following Pennsylvania counties:

Crawford
Clarion
Venango

Ideal candidates will be self motivated, self disciplined, and pride him/her self on reliability and dependability. While this is a telecommute position, researchers must have professional level organizational skills, able to create and maintain a schedule, and meet deadlines.

Selected applicant will visit county offices on a scheduled basis to review public documents and extract specified information from said documents. Information will be entered into spreadsheets and/or provided software and forms and returned to the company via email or upload. Payment will be made to the researcher biweekly via direct deposit. Pay is discussed between company and candidate.

Candidate requirements include:
Desktop Computer and/or Laptop(Laptop preferred, but not required).
Computer Literate and comfortable navigation through internet.
Familiarity with editing spreadsheets and word documents
Have MS Office Word and Excel (or 3rd party compatible software such as OpenOffice)
Must have reliable and accessible Internet Access and Email Account - familiar with sending and receiving attachments via email.
Available to work during courthouse hours of operation (typically Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm)
Able to work independently without supervision, organized and goal oriented to meet deadlines.
Have reliable mode of transportation and child care services (if applicable).
Able to follow detailed instructions, have an "eye for detail", solid proofing skills and a will of determination.
