Responsibilities: This role leads peers and Associate Consultants in large-scale change management initiatives, organizational design projects or strategy refresh and implementation work.    Principal Accountabilities: Leads and/or participates in Business Unit level consulting engagement teams seamlessly integrating cutting edge approaches and established Cargill models/solutions. Develops close, long-term relationships with leaders and proactively identifies consulting opportunities that deliver measurable business results.  Articulates the value of OE core practice areas to meet client's needs. Advises OE Consulting Regional Team Lead of potential client opportunities and jointly prioritizes responses. Leads and/or participates on a team in creating proposals, including scope, schedule, roles, deliverables and fees.  Accountable for agreed upon performance to budget and engagement deliverables. Proactively nurtures collaborative partnerships with adjacent groups and identifies opportunities for collaboration with other functions and groups (such as Learning & Development, High Performance Leadership Academy, Leadership and Talent Management). Synthesizes data and leverages business acumen to recommend high impact solutions. Effectively presents recommendations to clients. Documents work completed within the knowledge management system and shares relevant learning with global consulting team at team meetings.  Enhances the global consulting team's models and processes and contributes to OE product / tool design. Demonstrates expertise in change management, organization design and strategy analysis for execution through project engagement deliverables.  .
