Develop and implement numerous sourcing strategies, including referral generation, position postings, direct sourcing/cold calling, sourcing from resume databases, creative idea generation, etc. Build a network of contacts and pipeline for future opportunities. Coordinate and facilitate all logistics associated with interview process: includes-on-campus events at target schools, scheduling and conducting interviews, and arranging information sessions, activities, and presentations, training interviewing behaviors Conduct interviews in accordance with federal and state laws, and work with management team to ensure all EEOC practices are executed during hiring processes. Requirements: Three years recruiting experience in a corporate or field environment. Prior retail experience or recruiting experience is preferred but not required. Either in-house or with a recruiting agency. Strong command of internet search tools and techniques Strong candidate generation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team based environment. Must be creative and able to solve problems. Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external contacts. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects Project management. Ability to handle large volume of work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with multiple recruiting sources including Internet sourcing, recruiting networks, and ad placements. Must be well versed with interviewing techniques, personnel policies/procedures and federal/state laws regarding employment practices. .
