Responsibilities: Provide customer service to those needing assistance with the storing of items such as luggage or perishable items. Assist with deliveries to guests or departments on the resort. Provide information for our arriving and departing guests. Assist with room changes. Provide transportation for our guests around the resort.   Provide luggage checking and storage when necessary for arrivals and departures Provide transportation within the resort to all guests as requested. Provide guests with room change assistance when following guest relations procedures. Follow all Bell Service procedures as specified. Patrol main lobby and other areas of the hotel for trash and suspicious activity. Assist with group luggage handling. Ensure there is always presence at the Bell Stand .
