Responsibilities: Responsible for sales growth and account management for a specific group of customers. Order entry as required to meet customer needs. Respond to voice mails, emails within an appropriate period of time-within 1 hour. Manage customer pricing in a manner that grows sales and maintains appropriate margin levels. Work cross functionally to insure excellent customer service and delivery/return of product. Participate in department/team meetings. Attend specific training meetings as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Previous inside sales experience-minimum 1-3 years. Previous experience selling to/managing complex customers and pricing schemes. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills, specifically, MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Detail oriented. .
