Responsibilities: Qualified candidates for a unique Special Education Instructor position for various programs located at South Education Center. This position provides behavior support and expertise to Setting IV special education programs and is accountable for providing instruction and other educational supports to special needs students and assisting them in their academic and social development. Requirements: The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in special education, current DCD and/or EBD licensure issued by the Minnesota Department of Education, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the position. Other Preferences: Experience that demonstrates ability (a) to develop, implement, and adjust behavior support plans and social learning profiles and (b) to effectively work with teams who implement these behavior plans and SLPs. .
