Responsibilities: Prepares and delivers presentations to corporate managers to share successful sales techniques, recommend solutions for opportunities at accounts, and to communicate agency goals and marketing plans. Ensures feedback from corporate customer is reported back to Lottery management and/or staff. Responds to customer concerns to achieve full-cycle communication and problem solving for both business entities. > Develops ways to motivate the corporate accounts for additional Lottery sales efforts including development and implementation of consumer and retailer promotional programs to be executed at their retail outlets. Assists with development and implementation of promotional programs by providing cost/benefit analyses, point-of-sale materials, promotional items, and evaluations results. > Follows up regularly to maintain relationships and build knowledge of needs and opportunities. Maintains contacts within the community and travels as needed to search for promising retail outlets and trade styles. Communications: > Consults with and advises executive sales management on a variety of program matters. Attends regional sales meetings and communicates pertinent information regarding the Lottery's corporate customers. > Communicates agency goals and marketing plans with the appropriate business associations. Participates in lottery task forces developing tools to enhance lottery productions and maximization of sales. > Develops presentations for business meetings and conferences. Schedules and responds to requests for public speaking opportunities with trade organizations, conferences, workshops and business meetings. .
