Responsibilities: Account management - working with key clients Executing online campaigns to new and existing customers Finding and gathering information on latest web technology available, recommending what will produce the best results Creating exciting, customer-centric and e-communication initiatives Developing web ideas and presenting them to clients to sign-off on Tracking ROI and strategic evaluation of marketing initiatives, drive improvements to all web pages Working with other project managers and web analytics/development teams, in order to continuously test, measure and enhance user experience Developing regular reports & recommendations that communicate online performance throughout the organization Write new business, and consultative reports for clients Conducting ongoing customer research to assess customer needs Required Skills Requirements: 3-5 years experience working in a Web and Account Management position Interest/background in the non-profit and ministry vertical helpful Exceptional project management skills Hands-on experience with managing campaigns across multiple online channels An eye for trends and new media waves Any personal web development helpful Friendly, good attitude, likes consulting with clients Strong verbal and written communication skills..
