VP E-Commerce

We’re looking for a VP E-commerce who can create innovative marketing strategies like no other for one of the nation’s leading retailers. Ideal candidates must possess a competitive spirit, the ability to drive change, and take calculated risks. This is a role that is strategically positioned to develop differentiating on-line platforms to draw in the customer. As a leader, they will communicate and partner with all levels of the organization to create and implement sales driving strategies. This role is poised to move into higher level roles in the future. Some qualifications include:



10+ years in development and implementation of creative E-commerce platforms, with a focus on marketing, merchandising and operations.
Ultimate P&L responsibility for on-line business.
Strong business / marketing acumen with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
Proven competencies in influencing others, maximizing relationships throughout the organization, attention to detail, analytical skills and effective communication.
Demonstrated success leading a multi-channel or pure play internet retail function.
Fluent knowledge in on-line merchandising, marketing, direct to consumer fulfillment, pricing and promotions.
