Job Description

Grow the customer base by providing product expertise and market application to the end user through the dealer organization. The position is the product application expert interfacing through customer presentations, and sales calls.


• Technical resource to dealer sales professionals and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) on Case, New Holland & Kobelco Construction equipment.

• Provide product demonstrations, working applications, identify product limitations, and non-traditional product usage.

• Develop (train) dealer sales force in product performance and application. Focus is new products.

• Review and analyze competitive products and pricing details and provide details to TSM.

• Serve as liaison between marketing, product management and field sales team. Support region sales and market share objectives.



Requirements

• Technical (associates) or equivalent experience required, Bachelors degree preferred.

• Excellent knowledge of Case, New Holland and Kobelco Construction products and applications.

• Excellent mechanical knowledge and technical acumen.

• Competitive product knowledge.

• 3 years experience in construction equipment industry.

• 1 year experience with dealers, customers, and end users.

• Sales and service experience preferred.

*Fluency in French (spoken and written) required.
