Sales Manager, Printing and Reprographics

CyberCopy (www.cybercopyusa.com) was established in 1997 in Thousand Oaks, California. Since then, CyberCopy has grown to provide services to Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. We are recognized as a leader of digital document management, and our services range from simple small documents to large format document reproduction. Over the years we have seen the dramatic transformation of our industry from the laborious analog methods of the past to the fast, efficient, high quality digital process of today.

As the Sales Manager, you will manage all sales activities for our newly established independent copy, print and reprographics shop in the Los Angeles area. You will spend the majority of your time selling our services and products to architectural, construction, real estate development and engineering firms. You will also develop and implement marketing and sales programs, insure that sales targets are achieved and that client expectations are always met.

Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage the company’s Los Angeles area sales activities.
• Identify potential clients, develop and implement programs to close business.
• Analyze the client’s current workflow processes and integrate new solutions that reduce client costs while increasing the company’s sales.
• Build client relationships with decision makers and “influencers” throughout the client organization.
• Forecast sales levels and track performance to those forecasts.
• Maintain the company’s client and prospect database with complete and relevant information.
• Coordinate fulfilling client needs with shop management.


Qualifications:
We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, a high degree of integrity, strong work ethic and the following experience and skills:
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in reprographics and or digital document management.
• Must be a closer with a proven track record.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be organized.
• Experience selling at high levels of an organization.
• Experience selling digital document management solutions.
• Experience selling large and small format document printing services, both black & white and color.
• Experience making high-level technical presentations.
• Must be active in AEC industry related associations.
• Current with technology and trends in the marketplace by reading relevant journals, magazines, newspapers and participating in continuing education.
