Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Proactively collaborate with Polycom direct channel partners on the creation and implementation of marketing plans and programs (using co-op & MDF) to generate demand and incremental revenue for Polycom solutions.
• Actively promote Polycom’s North America marketing campaigns to channel partners. Work closely with partners to define the needed campaign assets and leverage these assets as part of fully integrated campaigns using co-op and MDF funds.
• Effectively manage accrued partner co-op to ensure quarterly accruals are used to effectively market Polycom solutions. Process all prior approvals and claims to ensure they meet Polycom's co-op standard terms & conditions
• Help ensure Polycom's solutions are the preferred choice of the sales organizations for assigned channel partners.
• Develop and manage channel marketing promotional programs, including all communication to channel sales and partners. Manage vendor relationships for channel projects with several outside vendors including incentive programs, creative agency, rebate center, printing and fulfillment firms.
• Interface with sales, corporate marketing and product marketing teams to develop effective programs and promotions that channel partners can leverage to increase sales for Polycom solutions.
• Measure and report effectiveness of individual reseller marketing programs.

Preferred Skills:
• BA/BS degree, or equivalent, and 6 to 9 years experience in channel marketing.
• Proven experience in developing strategic channel marketing plans and executing programs that achieve desired results.
• Results-driven, with an established track record in leveraging partner relationships to increase sales.
• Strong experience in managing marketing programs with distribution and value-add reseller (VAR) partners.
• Proven ability to lead across organizations, including product business units and sales teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with highly effective presentation skills
• Experience designing channel programs, promotional collateral and web pages for channel partners.
• Proven ability to multi-task, perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strategic and creative thinker.
• Solid project management skills and experience in managing events.
• Excellent computer skills are required.
