Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with assigned clients. Support assigned clients and Aon account managers. Prepare, release, track and analyze client RFPs, renewals and related data. Develop client proposals, presentations, peer review and other documents. Evaluate renewals to determine appropriateness of rates and rate components; negotiate with carriers/vendors. Generate client specific benefit analyses and reports. Articulate data and develop reports to clients and Aon colleagues. Analyze carrier claims, utilization reports and reports findings. Peer review complex reports. Reconcile premiums and payments to carriers. Prepare plan utilization reports. Ensure adherence to Aon ARS/Aon HB Practice standards and compliance requirements. Maintain applicable licensure and/or certification, completing education as required. Establish and maintain carrier and vendor relationships. Manage/resolve difficult client situations. Assist with special projects as needed . Requirements: Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years consulting in health & benefits Life and Health License a must High level competence with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Client facing experience Knowledge of the insurance and consulting marketplace Above average written and oral communication skills..
