Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician is expected to be an owner in the ongoing Maintenance and Reliability process and embrace the needed change to improve plant performance.  Technicians are also expected to return appropriately completed work orders in a timely fashion.  They are expected to add their time and comments directly to the MMS and be fluent in its use.  They are also expected to readily provide feedback on work plans and help insure that all work is completed in a professional manner with an eye toward quality and customer service.  In addition, maintenance technicians are expected to comply with all plant policies, rules and guidelines and will perform any directed work assignment, including those that may fall outside of the employee's assigned area.  .
