Responsibilities: Function effectively as a part of both functional and cross-functional teams Execute phage library panning and screening strategies that enable the selection and characterization of desirable phage-derived antibodies against disease targets Perform high throughput DNA sequence analysis Perform small-scale antibody production, purification, and biochemical characterization Facilitate troubleshooting of complex problems; whenever needed, actively participate with innovation and/or optimization of established processes to ensure drug design goals and work plan timelines are met. Ability and willingness to learn to operate high throughput automated platform and data management and analysis systems. Make detailed observations, compile and summarize complex and large data set, prepare reports, and present conclusions at group, departmental, and project team meetings. Document procedures and data in laboratory notebooks regularly, detailing experimental purpose/design/results. Work independently with moderate supervision. Requirements: Experience in working with proteins and molecular biology including mutagenesis is strongly desired.  Previous experience with Phage Display technology desired but not required.   .
