Responsibilities: The Staff Nurse (RN) takes exceptional care of people by coordinating and leading the patient care team in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care in accordance with the guidelines and standards of nursing care as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act.   The Staff Nurse performs all responsibilities/duties required by the Wound Ostomy unit or division as defined in the scope of service, to assure that the unique nature of the patient is addressed. This includes, but is not limited to, the age of the patient served. - Graduate of an Accredited Registered Nursing (RN) Program or anticipated graduation in 12 months or less..
