Responsibilities: This paralegal position supports two attorneys in the administration of a nationwide network of franchised real estate brokerages. Primary responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, reviewing new franchise applications and supporting materials, and researching, reviewing and interpreting the law, especially real estate brokerage licensing laws in the fifty states. Incumbents must have a thorough knowledge of business entities and structures (corporations, LLCs, etc.) and relevant experience in drafting legal documents.
